Hey, community. This is Doctor Hugh, and what I want to go over right now is some advanced testing. So if you're out there struggling, you may need some advanced testing. If you're one of my clients, I suggest people do some advanced testing after 6 to 8 weeks if they're not getting any results. But clinically, just so you know, how I'm thinking is I generally start off with a great set of blood work, and in between anywhere between 8 to 12 vials of blood. If you have any past blood, blood work. We do that. We go over the history, all the paperwork. So I clinically I start off with that first and then what I found. If there's no healing progress in 6 to 8 eight weeks, some additional testing needs to be done. And this is the test that I recommend. So this is a test that checks for molds metals and environmental pollutants. Now one of the things is with this test here. This is through a vibrant America. Now you can see right here this this test here is $499. And it's a urine sample. So it's checking environmental pollutants mycotoxins and heavy metals. Now one of the things that people ask me why in urine and not blood. And this is why. For example, if you have mold in your body and what mold produces is what we call a mycotoxin, right? So a mycotoxin is a chemical that mold produces. So if you have mold in your body it's in it could be in your gut. 

It could be in your organs. Right. So this is circulating. It's circulating in your blood. Now anytime that we take a urine sample that urine comes from the blood. So what's in the urine is roughly a thousand times greater than what's in the blood. Because these are water soluble products. So this is why we want to check the urine and not blood is because these things are way up to a thousand times more concentrated in the urine than actually in the blood. So this all three tests right here is $499 for all of these. And as we go through here, you'll see it's very, very extensive. Now up in here, um, you're going to see the PDFs right in here for the three different tests. So let's just go over here for mold. So you're going to see the mold test in here. And you can see the summary of the mold is high. You can see this is Penicillium. It's high right in here. We want this to be less than 18.9. This person's 20. We want this to less. Less than basically 13. It's 19.3. And then we have moderate mycotoxins. And then we have the complete list. So you can see the complete list here. You can see all these different mycotoxins that it's checking other mycotoxins it checks a lot of mycotoxins. And that kind of gives you a summary of you know what's found. 

What are the possible symptoms of this. Right. So it kind of gives you a list of what's going on. I'll just show you the whole report right here. Here's other mycotoxins. I mean, this thing is very, very, very extensive. All these are mycotoxins that it's checking and this is mold. Right. Okay. So that's that's the mycotoxins or the mold test. Now let's go over and let's look at the heavy metals. So this is a heavy metal panel. You can see right up in there heavy metals. And you can see in here these are all the different heavy metals here that were aluminum is 62. The range here should be less than 55. You can see down here all the different metals that it's checking. Tungsten right here should be less than one. Here's 1.71.71.17. So that's the mold test. It also gives you which isn't on this report also gives you like where these molds are from as the possibilities which are not on this report right here. And then finally here we have environmental pollutants. This is a big one. And this is a really extensive testing right here. So if we go down in here and you can see right here environmental pollutants that are high, it kind of gives you this summary in here. So for example this level right here Methylparaben right here Methylparaben should be less than 850. This is 975. Bisphenol bisphenol A comes in plastics.

We want this less than 10.81. This client is 12.8. So you can see now here's the moderate environmental pollutants. And now these are the others. This is the complete list right here. So you can see in here these are the different environmental pollutants that are checking for organophosphates. Again these are these are chemicals that are diffuse in the society. They're everywhere in the stuff that you breathe. Could be gas could be things that you put on your hair. It could be makeup, right. Pesticides a lot of our foods are sprayed with pesticides, phthalates. Here are some phthalates things right here. And then we'll kind of give you like what these things mean when they're found high. You can see they're parabens. These are really things that are within makeups and those kind of things acrylics. You know, a lot of chemicals have acrylics, ladies that put like gel on their hands. Those are acrylic metabolites and those really absorb in your bodies. Here's some other metabolites. I mean, this is very, very, very extensive testing. Right. So you get all these testings here. All three tests. Tests here are 499. Here's are some other ones. Here's a volatile compounds like stuff that you would be breathing. Like if you're an auto mechanic and you've you've been breathing in like fumes for like your whole life. Right. And you're, you've been exposed to diesel fumes. Maybe you're just around construction material, those kind of things. 

Um, so that is the that is the testing here. And again, I suggest that when people do that anywhere from between 6 and 8 weeks, if there's no no results or if someone wants to do it with someone, if someone wants to do it right away, no problem. So I'm just going to show you some of this right here. So this is my client. So you can see here up here it says mycotoxins and it says heavy metals. And this is environmental pollutants. And these are all high. So if you look over here this right here is an environmental pollutant environmental pollutant environmental pollutant. And this right here this little two two cogwheels are metals metals metals metals. And then these three right here are molds. So this person was loaded with mycotoxins molds heavy metals and environmental pollutants. Right. So you got to detox these things out this will kill your healing if you're full of mold and you have no idea, you're not going to get better. And then this is the same client right here. And you can see here the reference range right here is in this like yellow area right here orange area. And again you can see these different things metals metals metals metals. And look look at this mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold. All right. So tons of mold. So you could have a current mold exposure or this this mold exposure could be from the the past. 

This is why the urine is so critical. Because these metals are mycotoxins. And environmental pollutants will actually reside in your organs. That's where they're housed, right? They're housed there. Now, this is a kind of a it's a it's a picture of the lab. But this is one of my clients. And she was in a wheelchair. Right. So she got totally, I mean, destroyed in a medical system due to antibiotics. And we were working with her for 4 to 6 weeks. We got some results initially, but then she kind of regressed and we just weren't at where we're at. And I told her that if initially that in 6 to 8 weeks, if we don't get any changes or the changes that we are really wanting, that I suggest that we do this testing right here and bam, what do you see right here? So you can see right here. This is all red, right? So um, mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold. Then we have heavy metals. Heavy metals. Right. So look at this. Like she's loaded with freaking mold. And mold produces the nastiest mycotoxins the poison's possible. And what I found clinically is if people have been been hurt by antibiotics, if they've had any mold in your body, if you've had any past mold exposure, taking these antibiotics, like wakes up like the bear, right? So it's in your body and now you're taking these antibiotics and it's actually trying to kill the mold. 

And the mold sees that. And now it starts producing its mycotoxins, which is basically it's it's pollen. Right. Because it doesn't want to die. And it sees that. And the antibiotics is a threat to it because the antibiotics actually will kind of will kill these mold spores, and then people will get destroyed in that. Um, so anyway, I just wanted to to go over that, to let you know that these are, are tests that should be done. If you've never had these done and you have a chronic illness and a chronic disease, that's not getting better and you've done a really thorough. This is the critical part, a really thorough functional medicine program with someone. Right. So a lot of clients come to me and they've never done any really solid, fundamental, uh, specific, custom tailored program for your needs. Right. They go to these places, and I know they'll do some stem cell or some exosomes or IV therapies. It's just kind of like a broad kind of stroke of the of the of the of the paint. Right. And that's not specific. So you need to do very specific functional medicine care. And then if we're not moving the needle then this is when I call these other tests in and ki
